Classic Pancakes
Mix 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, whisk 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth. Heat a pan and cook the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with syrup and fruits.

Toast a slice of whole-grain bread until golden. Mash 1 ripe avocado with a pinch of salt and lemon juice. Spread it over the toast and top with cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Enjoy for a quick and healthy breakfast.
