Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Cook 200g of spaghetti in salted boiling water. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté 4 minced garlic cloves until golden. Add red pepper flakes and drained pasta. Toss well, season with salt, and finish with chopped parsley. Serve with grated Parmesan.
